Do I need to pay to access Mwangazabiz services?
Our FinKonnect connection services are free for individuals and MSMEs seeking financial-services connections — we work with our partner institutions on a referral and programme basis. Some FinE training programmes are free (especially those sponsored by partners), while others may have a fee. The Debt Clinic operates on a fee-for-service basis with clear disclosure. How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?

Mwangazabiz is not a lender. However, through FinKonnect, we help connect you with banks, SACCOs, MFIs, and fintechs whose products match your needs and eligibility. We'll help you understand the options, prepare your application, and engage with providers — but the actual financing is provided by our partner institutions.

The Debt Clinic provides structured debt-advisory and relationship-based recovery support. We facilitate communication between borrowers and creditors, help you understand your debt situation, develop realistic repayment plans, and explore restructuring options where appropriate. Our goal is to recover the debt, restore the relationship, and rebuild the business — all within applicable Kenyan laws and regulations.
