Mwangazabiz Limited is a Kenyan social-impact business that operates as a financial-inclusion and entrepreneurship marketplace. We provide:

• FinKonnect — a financial-services connection marketplace
• FinE — financial literacy and entrepreneurship education
• The Debt Clinic — debt advisory and relationship-based recovery support

2. Eligibility

You may use our Services if you are:

• At least 18 years old
• Legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Using the Services in compliance with all applicable Kenyan laws

If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm others

• Any financial product you obtain is provided by the respective financial institution, not by Mwangazabiz
• We do not guarantee approval, terms, or availability of any financial product
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any product terms before accepting them

5. Training and Education (FinE)

Our FinE programmes are designed to provide practical financial and entrepreneurship education. However:

• Training content is educational and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice
• You are responsible for how you apply the knowledge to your own situation
• Mwangazabiz is not liable for business outcomes resulting from training participation

6. Debt Advisory (The Debt Clinic)

The Debt Clinic provides debt-advisory and relationship-based recovery support. Important to note:

• We are not a debt-collection agency, a legal advisor, or a regulated financial institution
• We do not provide legal representation or formal legal advice
• Any restructuring or repayment agreements reached are between you and your creditor
• We facilitate communication and provide guidance, but we do not guarantee any outcome
• All our debt-advisory activities operate within applicable Kenyan laws and regulations

7. Fees

Some of our Services are free (such as FinKonnect connection services for MSMEs and individuals). Others may have a fee, including:

• Certain FinE training programmes
• Debt Clinic advisory services
• Institutional partnership programmes

Where fees apply, we will clearly disclose them in advance. You will never be charged without your prior informed consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, and program frameworks — is the property of Mwangazabiz Limited or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.
